Recently had brian out for a service call and everything he did was fantastic. walked me through each step of the way and kept me well informed. This guy needs a raise!

I recently replaced my furnace and air conditioner with a Lennox system. I applaud Dave and his team for an outstanding job. They did exactly what they said they would do with no hidden fees or add ons. The guys that did the job (5 or 6) were professional and courteous and knowledgeable about the prouduct.They were clean and tidy, they left my home just the way they found it.
I also cant say enough about Chris, She walked me through everything. The whole process went smoother than I cold have ever imagined.

Dash is named correctly. Chris the office manager was able to find a way to get a team of mechanics to our house very quickly to install a new boiler. The old boiler stopped working during the coldest week of the year. Very big and complicated job. It took many hours to remove and replace the boiler. Work was completed the same day. Chris and all the mechanics were very professional and courteous. Job well done! I would not hesitate to recommend DASH for any HVAC work.

I've had four technicians with 40 years experience come out to my house and not be able to figure out the problem. I read reviews for Dash mechanical and decided to give them a go. A young man named Dylan showed up on time. Watching him we knew he knew his stuff. I put a brand new system in last year outside and a new coil inside. Turns out they overfilled us on Freon and here's the best part. The manufacturer never took the inner filter out for construction, dust, etc. When building a new home. So for 12 years that filter was in my inside unit causing less airflow over the years. So I probably didn't even need to replace my old unit. He took great care of me. The price was fantastic. He was in and out. For such a young kid he knew his stuff. I would 100% recommend this company to anybody. They stand behind their work and being 10 years young they're definitely going to have a long future. 100% so happy! Thank you guys at – and thank you, Dylan

My air conditioning stopped early this morning. After a couple of calls, I found the number to Dash. In just over an hour, a technician was at my home, diagnosed and repaired the problem. He also checked to ensure everything else was functioning properly. If that isnt prompt service, I dont know what is. Thanks Dash.

Great company! I had no heat and called several HVAC companies but either couldn't reach them or they couldn't come the same day. After speaking with Dash Mechanical, they were at my house within an hour. I can't say enough about the technician that came to repair my furnace. He was polite, very professional, and explained what the issue was and what was necessary to fix it. Very reasonable cost and quick service. Dash will definitely be my first call if I ever need service again.

I normally never leave reviews, but this company has the best/polite customer service. Very nice people , every employee that has showed up to my home has always been extremely nice and professional, also they explain in detail of the issue at hand for you to

Their entire staff is amazing; they truly care about their customers. I called for a minor system issue late yesterday, and they were ready to send someone right away. The issue was resolved quickly. This is the kind of treatment you don't often find these days.

I had my central AC fail and I spent some time calling local contractors after work to see if I could get someone out quick to to diagnose and fix the issue. At first I left a message after calling Dash Mechanical after hours and I booked a couple appointments with other contractors for 1.5 weeks out as that was the first appointments available. Later that evening I got a call back from Dash Mechanical and spoke to a great representative who was able to schedule an appointment for the following morning between 8am and 10am. The day of service a Technician was at my door 8am sharp and by 9am he had diagnosed, repaired, and run a full check of my system for me. The cost was reasonable for the professional service provided and I will be keeping Dash Mechanical at the top of my list for whenever I have another issue.

Dash is the fourth Heat/AC company I have used in the 20 years we've been living here. I won't be using anyone other than Dash in the future.

Our furnace was decommissioned due to a CO leak. After getting several quotes and proposals, we went with Dash Mechanical. They were very professional and timely. They removed the old furnace, installed a new one, along with replacing flex ductwork that was also bad and replaced our AC unit. We are very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.

Update...they installed a new AC unit and furnace in my home this Tuesday and Wednesday. I cannot say enough about this company. Dave and his crew are the best! They did a fantastic job! Called them on recommendations from face book, they fit back to me in less than 10 minutes, said somineone would be at my house within the hour. Technician Keith showed up in less than half an hour. Super nice guy, professional and knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem right away. He resolved the issue to get us through the summer but said we need a new furnace and ac unit. Once I get the rules from our property management company i will be calling them to get thr work done. I highly recommend this company.

When another air conditioning service advised me that I needed to replace the unit and there was nothing that they could do, Dash's technician came out our home and inspected the unit and corrected the problem quickly. The tech also informed me the previous tech actually over charged the unit which was a problem. I am an architect and have a fair knowledge about air conditioning and possible problems. I advised the first tech of what I thought could be the issue but was ignored. Dash's tech actually listened to what I said and then showed me the exact problem, which I suspected was the underlying cause.
